Our LGBTQ+ growing group is a safe, welcoming and inclusive space for members of the LGBTQ+ community to grow together. We welcome anyone - new to gardening or experienced growers! All tools and equipment will be provided, and there is someone on hand to guide the session. The group takes place on the 3rd Saturday of every month. It is free to attend, but please book via Eventbrite.

Herbs are fantastic plants to grow in your garden. You can grow them in any space, and they have multiple culinary and medicinal uses. In this workshop, we’ll have a look at how to grow some of the most common garden herbs – and some more unusual ones! We’ll discuss their culinary uses, medicinal qualities and folklore. You’ll also have a chance to sample some herbal teas brewed with plants growing at the project.

We’ll cover a wide range of topics over the 6 weeks, including soil health and composting, natural pest control, taking cuttings and an introduction to herbalism.
There will be plenty of opportunity for discussion, asking questions and practical learning. Tea and biscuits will be provided!

Running from September 2025 - June 2026 at various venues across London, you'll learn the skills necessary for effective orchard management, particularly of veteran trees.
This Level 3 course is accredited by Crossfields Institute and involves practical as well as written assessments.
Cost: £860 concessionary/£1210 general admission. Monthly payments availab

This new course will run on a Thursday evening between 7 and 9pm for 10 consecutive weeks between 4th September and 6th November 2025.
