We all want our plants to thrive and be free of pests and diseases. Chemical solutions once promised a quick fix, but we now understand the devastating effects that pesticides have not only for our own health, but for wildlife and the wider environment. So what are we to do?
Some of the themes we will explore include: A holistic approach to plant health; How to address a range of garden problems using natural ingredients and plants themselves; as well as other methods of prevention and treatment that we can use to promote plant health and resilience; and foster vibrant ecosystems in our gardens.
This session is taking place at Cody Dock, a lovely nature reserve and community garden close to Star Lane or Canning Town stations (6min from Stratford).
