Learn how to successfully grow alternative crops such as Oca, Perennial Kale and Tomatillos, which may be more resilient to changes in our climate than standard crops such as Potatoes, Cabbages and Tomatoes. Many of our standard crops are becoming susceptible to the heat of summer, the frequency of fungal diseases and drought. There are alternatives to these crops, and this session introduces these crops and how to grow them.
