New guide for urban gardeners headed to market

People growing food and looking for practical advice on how to sell, can now access an updated Growing Enterprise Guide, produced by Capital Growth

Buidling from years of experience in supporting urban grow to sell projects,  these guidelines have been developed to help individuals and groups effectively use their growing sites in creative ways to bring in revenue for their projects.

The guide covers

  • four key models of income generation, which each include case studies of current growing projects within London
  • information and ideas about generating income through means other than just selling produce, such as developing consultancy services, venue hire, and skills training.
  • worksheets on retail and wholesale pricing, crop guides, risk assessments and resources on allotment law.
