The Seed Sovereignty Programme aims to support the development of a biodiverse and ecologically sustainable seed system in the UK. Working closely with farmers, seed producers and partners across the seed sector, they want more agro-ecological seed produced by trained growers, to conserve threatened varieties and to breed more varieties for future resilience. This new platform will provide information about everything from seed training events to legislation to finding agro-ecologically produced seed.

You can find out more about the work of The Gaia Foundation by watching their series of short films.
