ITV Lunchtime News, 4 November 2008, transcript:
The Mayor today visited a vegetable garden in Battersea. He wants to see thousands more allotments created before 2012. Interview with Boris: "They could be anywhere - there are lots of neglected slots around London. Car parks, bits of churchyards that aren't being used, all sorts of places where food could be and is grown. It would be great if we could have food grown for the therapeutic benefit of Londoners."
